Right place, Right time: Hand-over

The 1970s and 1980s were significant decades for Australian manufacturing, with most niche Australian manufacturing businesses founded in this era.

The average retirement age in Australia is around 65 to 67 years old, and many founders from that era are now entering retirement age.

Approximately 36,400 out of 52,000 SME manufacturers are expected to become available for purchase or undergo ownership changes in the next 5 years.

Our passions and expertise intersect to provide solutions which are:

  • Good for the Environment
  • Allow economic flexibility & resiliency
  • Help people adapt to a changing world

Experienced Resilient Team

As a founding team (CEO & COO) we started and successfully scaled a manufacturing business over 7 years, from a 150sqm mini-factory – to a 4000sqm, ISO9001 accredited facility, running 23hrs per day, 6 days per week, with 70 floor staff, 500 Tons/month.

Rebuilt our business after the factory was completely destroyed by fire.

Reached pre-fire targets within 6 months of relaunch, then grew the business 30% year on year, despite major client’s industry decline of +20% over the next 2 years.
